Afton Shows was founded by musicians, and for musicians, in 2004 by Ryan Kintz & Amy Kintz. We had one goal in mind - to make it easier for independent bands, rappers, and musicians to book shows and do what they were meant to do - perform live onstage. Local & regional indie artists are the ground floor and the lifeblood of the entire music industry. After all, your favorite major music artist, no matter who they are, started out as a local artist!
The MyAfton Booking Platform allows artists to easily book shows for in-person concerts at music venues, or create and curate their very own virtual live stream concert. The best part is, artists can sign up for free and there are no up-front costs or monthly subscription requirements.
"It was so important to us from day 1 that we offered our services to musicians for free, with no up-front costs. As a musician myself, the last thing I wanted was yet another company that required indie musicians to pay a subscription or a huge up-front fee in order to use their service!" Explains Afton founder, Ryan Kintz.
Afton not only offers booking services and a live stream platform, we also provide a Booking Rep for 1-on-1 email support to all of our musician users, along with marketing and promotion guides, and products in the MyAfton Store such as high quality beats, flyer & poster printing, ticket printing, and paid promotion products.
